Shipping Policy

Order Cut-Off Time

16:00 GMT (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 GMT are processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch (Monday to Friday).

Fulfillment Location

All orders are processed and shipped from our partner fulfillment center in Zhejiang, China.

Shipping Process

Logistics are handled by our international carrier partners. Last-mile delivery within the United Kingdom is completed by Royal Mail, DPD and Yodel.

Free Delivery

We offer free shipping with tracking on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Order Handling

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delays

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 2 business days and check the tracking details. If your parcel still has not arrived, contact us at support@norovaboutique.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed. Please email us as soon as possible at support@norovaboutique.com. Once your order has been prepared for shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@norovaboutique.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Returns

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery. All returns are processed at our international returns facility in China. Please send returns to the following address:

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage. No restocking fees apply.
