Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Email support@norovaboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. -
Receive Return Instructions
Our customer service team will review your request and send you the return instructions for shipping your item back to our facility. -
Prepare the Package
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags. Make sure the parcel is protected to prevent damage during transit. -

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We advise using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery, as return parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our facility.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, please email support@norovaboutique.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are only available for unused items in their original condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Please email us at support@norovaboutique.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@norovaboutique.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
