We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return or exchange your items under the terms below.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@norovaboutique.com. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure the items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Returns requested after the 30-day period cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, please email support@norovaboutique.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are only available for unused items in their original condition.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Please email us at support@norovaboutique.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been prepared for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@norovaboutique.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
